The Hike for the Homeless raises awareness of homelessness in our Bangor community and raises funds for the Bangor Area Homeless Shelter.

Register for the hike and get a free t-shirt: Individuals $25, families $30 for the first registration then $10 for each additional person, teams $20 per person. Register Here!
About the Hike for the Homeless:
- We walk 2.4 miles through downtown Bangor – there are shortcuts along the way.
- Live music by JD Cori Skall – morning co-host on I-95 and afternoon drive host at Z107.3
- $2.00 raffle tickets – we raffled off over $2,700 worth of raffle prizes last year!
- Free water and food
- Selfie-station

State and federal funds only provide one-third of the Shelter’s budget of over $900,000. The donations you make allows the shelter to stay open and helps the homeless right here in the greater Bangor area.
